Hi! My name is Jaileen! I have many years of experience working in education in NYC. I received my bachelors degree in childhood education and biology and have spent the past 10 years working in formal and informal child care settings with children ages 4 to 18 years old. My goal is to create a safe and engaging educational environment for the children in my care. While working with children I love doing crafts, science experiments, cooking, baking, spending time outdoors and always using our imaginations. I have worked traditionally as a nanny, a weeknight and evening babysitter, a private school teacher and private tutor. I am currently transitioning from a career in non-profit education and pursuing a graduate degree in STEM Education. My schedule is extremely flexible and I would love to find a family to work with full-time. I look forward to connecting!

Jaileen is an excellent dependable young woman. She is really sweet and very good with children. My boys love her and would ask for her to stay with them. When asked she would help the boys with homework or study for test. She also did some lite cooking and always cleaned up after herself and the boys.
