About Jaiden

Hello, My name is Jaiden, and I am a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver with hands-on 3 years experience working as a CNA, 2 years as a Home Health Aide, as well as 8 months caring for children with autism at a clinic, ages (2-17) that had unique support needs. Experience in TBI survivors, Dementia/Alzheimer's (which I am specifically trained for), Schizophrenia, Drug Recovering Addict. I enjoy helping feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged while building trust and meaningful connections with both the child and their family. I understand that every child has different needs, personalities, and routines, and I always strive to provide care that is compassionate, engaging, and dependable. Families describe me as nurturing, trustworthy, hardworking, and someone who genuinely cares about the well-being of others. I am currently pursuing my education further strengthening my passion for healthcare and helping people.
