Hi! I am a 4th Grade History/ELA teacher here in Houston and I have always had a huge passion for working with kids. I am a big sister to three and started sitting when I was 13. I have always loved looking after others, that is what led to me becoming a teacher. Professionally, I have background in child/life development and specialized educational training. I hold current BLS CPR and First Aid certifications with the American Heart Association. I am also Food Handlers Certified, and very comfortable with meal prep/cooking. In my teaching work, I enjoy facilitating interactive activities, classroom management, and bonding with my students. I am experienced enforcing household rules or routines. Responsible, intelligent, creative, my kids 5 and 7 begged us to go out so she would come back. House was clean, kids always safely tucked in. We never had anything but a great experience with her. This young lady greatly impressed us. So nice to know your children are in good hands.
