About Jaida

Hi! My name is Jaida, and I'm a 20-year-old sophomore at CAU majoring in Psychology. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I support children by helping them develop communication, social, and behavioral skills. This experience has taught me patience, consistency, and how to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for every child. I genuinely love working with kids and being someone they feel comfortable, supported, and understood around. In addition, I have a passion for poetry, and I love incorporating it into my time with children. I believe poetry is an amazing way for kids to express themselves, build confidence, and learn how to write in a fun but structured way. It's a creative outlet that helps them explore their thoughts and emotions while also developing important skills. I would love the opportunity to support and care for your child!
