About Jahniya

Hi families! My name is Jahniya, I am a recent college graduate with a bachelors degree Recreation Therapy and Psychology and minor in child life/ child development. I am a reliable, positive, attentive, and patient person who absolutely loves children! I have 9 years of experience working with infants-adolescents from the ages of 4 months to 17 years old. I have worked as a middle school baseball coach, 5 years as a summer camp counselor for 2-6-year-olds, 3 years as a swim instructor for beginners and have been babysitter/ nanny for many families. I also have experience working with children and adolescents with special needs, including behavioral, physical, developmental and sensory disabilities. I try my best to make sure the children I work with feel comfortable and supported in a creative and fun, learning environment.
