Although Jahara is a very talented and educated individual, during our engagement, once hired, she never actually started working with us because of back-to-back no-shows. She notified us with little notice on both occasions, once with only 8 hours' notice and the next with only 15 mins. Although she would have been a great fit for our family, we will never know due to her inconsistency.
