Hello, my name is Jafar. I'm an engineering student at GMU. I picked up tutoring in order to develop my skill of explaining things that I understand to people who do not. My greatest joy from the job is when a student understands a topic due to my explanation. I've worked with students from all ages and backgrounds. I see each new student as a challenge. I'm honest in my communication and try my best to get students to succeed.

We hired Jafar to help with both my kids with math. He did wonders during my son's Algebra session, but not so much with my daughter's, they did not click at all and she shutdown. I also found it odd that Jafar doubled his fees with one days notice, citing high schedule demands.
