I've dedicated four years to providing reliable childcare and making a positive impact on the lives of children. My patient, creative, and friendly personality creates a nurturing environment for kids of all ages. l am a great communicator and I keep parents informed about their child's day each day. I'm also flexible in following their preferred communication method. When it comes to household rules, | believe in following the parents' lead to maintain consistency for the child.
