hi my name is jade and im a 19-year-old college sophomore who loves working with kids I started babysitting in 10th grade caring for my sister with cerebral palsy and other family members that experience taught me patience compassion and responsibility and helped me learn how to support kids of all abilities people describe me as patient responsible and bubbly I love the energy and curiosity kids bring each day and I enjoy helping them learn grow and feel supported my goal is to keep gaining experience with families building trust and growing as a caregiver I would love to work with a family that values patience reliability and open communication outside of babysitting I like fishing mud riding and nature walks I bring the same joy and energy from those activities into my work with kids overall I am caring patient and responsible with real experience supporting my sister and other children families can count on me to be dependable kind and supportive
