About Jade

My name is Jade, I am 26 years old and I have 4 years experience nannying with a family that has triples. Two of the children have special needs which calls on me to help work with them through big emotions and identifying their needs. I have experience with newborns, toddlers, and school age children. As well as navigating potty training, food preparation, day to day house tidiness, activities, and school pick up and drop off. I am also certified in infant care. My approach to nannying is gentle, I hold space for each child and I am very patient while doing so. I adapted well in new situations and challenges that may occur. My hope is to help and encourage each child to make decisions with the intent of kindness and respect to those around them while always taking the parents parenting style into account, as well as checking in often and applying that to my own style.
