Hello! My name is Jade, and I'm a career nanny with over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for children from newborns to 8 years old. I bring a calm, nurturing presence to every home and specialize in supporting early childhood development through play, learning, and structure. As a mother myself with training in behavioral therapy, I understand both the emotional and developmental needs of young children. I also have a background in tutoring and early learning, making me well-equipped to help children meet key milestones and thrive in their daily routines. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, love being outdoors, and believe in creating a safe, engaging, and joyful environment for the families I support.
