About Jacqueline

My name is Jackie, and I have over 20 years of experience caring for children. I'm a mother of four and an experienced childcare professional who has worked with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, loved, respected, and understood. My approach is patient, nurturing, and attentive, while providing age-appropriate structure, routines, and boundaries. I'm comfortable with diaper changes, potty training, meals and snacks, naps, bedtime routines, school drop-offs and pickups, arts and crafts, reading, outdoor play, and educational activities. I also have experience working with children with different needs and abilities. As both a mother and childcare professional, I understand how important it is for parents to have someone they can trust. I value communication, reliability, patience, and treating every child with the same care and respect I would want. My philosophy is simple: I lead with love.
