I have experience working with individuals with special needs, and I understand how important it is for parents to find someone patient, calm, dependable, and willing to learn their child's unique needs and routines. I am also APD ( Agency for Persons with Disabilities) certified with HIPAA , Medication Administration/Errors, Zero Tolerance, Direct Care Core . and Person Centered Support . I would love to learn more about your child and what daily life looks like for him/her. A few things I would love to know are ..... what helps him/her feel comfortable, how he/she communicates best, his/her favorite activities, and what approaches work best when he/she becomes overwhelmed or needs support.
