About Jacquanda

I'm an elementary school teacher with a Bachelor's and a Master's degree. I have experience working with children from 2K through 12th grade. As an educator, I understand that every child is different, and I love getting to know their personalities, interests, and individual needs to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment. I have experience including caring for newborn twins, working as an afterschool sitter, being a morning help, overnight nanny, school pickups, bus drop-offs, park outings, playdates, activity planning, meal prep, and maintaining nap and feeding schedules. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent children and understand the importance of patience, flexibility, and individualized care. I'm CPR-trained, a non-smoker, comfortable with pets, and happy to provide references. My schedule is flexible, and I'm available for a variety of childcare needs.
