My name is Justina and I'm a caring patient and dependable childcare professional with several years of experience working with young children. I currently work as a paraprofessional in a school setting where I support children with their learning, development, and everyday needs. I truly enjoy working with children and creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where they can feel comfortable and confident. I understand that every child is different so I'm patient and willing to learn each child's personality, routine, interests, and individual needs. I'm comfortable helping with activities, meals, playtime, schoolwork, routines, and keeping children engaged throughout the day. As a mother myself I understand how important it is for parents to have someone they can trust and feel comfortable leaving their children with.
