About Jackson

Hi! I'm Jackson, and l've always loved working with kids. I'm currently studying in the 3+1 Inclusive Education program at RCBC, working toward my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education along with an Inclusive Education certification. I have years of experience working with children in both aftercare and summer camp settings, where l've worked with a wide range of kids. Most recently, I was the Head Supervisor of an aftercare program at my local elementary school. Here, I led a team of counselors to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for up to 80 kids. I'm very passionate about working with children, and I believe my biggest strength is my patience. I never give up on any child I work with, and I truly care about every kid I meet. I like to stay active, and have a very adventurous personality, always open to trying new things. I also have a very optimistic mindset and will always bring a lot of energy, aiming to be a positive role model.
