I started working with kids during my freshman year of high school at a summer camp, and having been since then throughout summers as well as aftercare programs. I enjoy nature and gardening, as well as reading and music. I would say that I'm very flexible and willing to do most things (within reason) I enjoy being with kids because they are entertaining and always speak their mind which I really admire about them. It's nice being around people who are authentically themselves. I've learned about myself through working with kids, that all people deserve just as much patience as I give to children, because we are all just learning and living for the first time too.
