About Jackson

My name is Jackson. I an originally from Kentucky. Since graduating college, I have been traveling abroad and working, mostly as an English teacher. I have diverse experience working with individuals with special needs from infancy to adulthood. These experiences began as a child, having a close relationship with a cousin who is developmentally delayed and another cousin with Down Syndrome. As I grew, I began to search for opportunities to connect with other individuals with special needs and found a true calling in these relationships. During college, I led community efforts and became a personal advocate in organizations like Best Buddies and Down Syndrome of South Central Kentucky. I am a deeply empathetic, adaptable, charismatic, active, and driven person who values connection and advocacy. I would love to connect with a family that I can help and support through their journey. I'd describe my personality as empathetic, balanced, and ambitious.
