I am an energetic mom of two teenagers and two dogs who relocated to Wisconsin from Alabama three years ago due to a transfer from my husband's company. I am a lover of all animals, and ran a dog rescue with my sister in Alabama before I moved here. I went to work as soon as we arrived here as the Assistant to the Dean of a large college, but decided to quit my day job to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse. I have two semesters left of nursing school and look forward to graduating in April of 2014. I am CPR certified, a WI Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and a certified Emergency Medical Technician. I have been caring for children since I was a young child, myself. I have a 10-year-old nephew with special needs and I have helped care for him since he was born.
