Isabelle is a wonderful caretaker. She gives my girls (5, 9, 13) personal attention and is attuned to their individual needs. She plays beautifully with young children, connecting with them on their level, while remaining a figure of authority and reliability. She has creative ideas for how to entertain, play, and teach. She is responsible and mature beyond her years. And beyond all that, she is warm and loving and my children adore and look up to her.
