I am a young black trans man and I hired Iyanna to help me as I was healing from a double mastectomy. She is LGBTQ friendly and always used the correct pronouns. Also, she helped me through the healing process with everything from cleaning, washing, cooking to escorting me to doctor's appointments. I am now in a much more stable condition because of her help! hire her!
