Phenomenal. My shift began very early in the morning and Iyanah had no problem with arriving on time, she was actually early, which I love, bright and early at 7am. Our 8 month old took to her as family and our 3 year old, who has ASD, is normal not the one to socialize but he immediately even took to Iyanah like she was family. We knew right then that she would be a perfect fit! Our hope is that when the time rolls around she will be available for us again!
