Started to do babysitting since I was 14 during my HS years for extra money and found jobs which have gained me a lot of experience. I am now 27 I am smoke free, drug free, energetic and very patient with kids. I also believe that there is always a right approach with every kid towards their behavior and I am very observant with that. I also play the guitar, and ukulele. I love music and arts so if you think your child would like a musical introduction or want to get into arts and crafts I can be a perfect fit. Not into that? Want your kids to burn energy and be outside? not a problem with me, I am a fan of outdoors too! CPR & BLS certified? Yes. I also have DOJ Background Check and CAI (Child Abuse Index). Iya has been taking care of my son for one year. And we would love to continue our contract with her and recommend her to any family in the future. She has been a wonderful nanny. She is very experienced and has great knowledge about baby, toddler development. She pays careful attention to my sons progress and provide stimulus and activities suitable for his development needs. She is very good at communication. It was very easy for us to reach the same understanding of how we like her to work with our son and what is our philosophy of child raising. She then is very consistent on all the ideas we have agreed on. She is also a very professional person. We have no issues on all the terms we had agreed on upon hiring. Any issues and changes, she always discusses with us professionally before hand and the requests are always professional. We feel very lucky to have her as our son's nanny. We strongly recommend her to any family who are looking for nanny.
