Started to do babysitting since I was 14 during my HS years for extra money and found jobs which have gained me a lot of experience. I am now 27 I am smoke free, drug free, energetic and very patient with kids. I also believe that there is always a right approach with every kid towards their behavior and I am very observant with that. I also play the guitar, and ukulele. I love music and arts so if you think your child would like a musical introduction or want to get into arts and crafts I can be a perfect fit. Not into that? Want your kids to burn energy and be outside? not a problem with me, I am a fan of outdoors too! CPR & BLS certified? Yes. I also have DOJ Background Check and CAI (Child Abuse Index). We cannot say enough about Iya's time with us! We hired Iya when our baby was 9-weeks old and she thrived under Iya's care. She took the time to learn our baby's personality and cues and matched her energy level. She helped us immensely as new parents by giving us tips (she always starts with pros and cons, never forceful with an opinion knowing we'd make our own decisions) and assisting us around the house. As a newly postpartum parent, this made a huge difference in the recovery process. More importantly, she treated our baby (and us parents) as family and not just another job.
