I'm Ixchell, 24, and passionate about childcare! Working with children has been one of the most meaningful parts of my life. My experience as both a nanny and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) has taught me that every child is unique and deserves patience, understanding, and encouragement. I genuinely enjoy building trust with children, supporting their emotional and developmental growth, and creating an environment where they feel safe, understood, and confident. Through my work with children of different ages and abilities, including children with autism, I have learned how to adapt to individual needs, communicate effectively, and remain calm and positive in challenging situations. Families describe me as caring, dependable, and easy to connect with.
