I am an enthusiastic, loving, and professional with over 20 years of dedicated experience in child development and family care. I hold a degree in Preschool Teaching, a certificate in Early Childhood Education and Infant Studies, I recently graduated with my Bachelor's Degree (B. A.) in Psychology from CSUN. I am also a certified Behavior Technician (RBT) and CPR/First Aid trained.

I have worked as a lead preschool teacher for 8 years, a private nanny for 10 years, and a child development specialist. 

I specialize in providing compassionate, structured care for all children, including those with special developmental, behavioral, or neurodivergent needs. Ivonne is the absolute best! Punctual, caring, and our son loves her!

We could not be happier with Ivonne! She recently watched our 7-year-old for 4.5 hours for their very first time together, and she was absolutely wonderful.

Ivonne came right in and jumped into helping him with his homework, followed by some fantastic, engaging crafts. She even managed to get him to bed right on schedule - a massive win in our book! Ivonne is an exceptional caregiver, and our family is so thrilled to have found her! She’s been in our employ for the past two months and is continuing to work with us into the foreseeable future. We had Ivonne take care of our son for a trial run and she did exceptionally well. Although it didn't work out in the end for a longer term, we would highly recommend her to anyone needing their kids cared for. Ivonne is truly amazing. She plays and sings with our infant son all day long and she always goes above and beyond. She also takes him for daily walks and holds him all day and cuddles with him while she reads to him-she is so sweet, gentle and fun. She is extremely knowledgeable with infant care and is a great resource for new parents! We are always learning new tips and tricks from her! She has seen and done it all many times. She will guide you on hitting all of your baby's milestones and will sit down on the floor to do tummy time and help them crawl and sit, etc. She's a true professional and always has a smile on her face. A bonus is Ivonne is all about a healthy active lifestyle and helps baby with stretches and other exercises to get their motor development skills going! We are extremely lucky to call her a friend to the family and we can't recommend her enough! Thank you for everything, Ivonne!

Ivonne is the best! She is smart, sweet, fun, punctual, responsible and very intuitive. She's been like a second mother to our baby girl; she's responsive to her needs, adaptable when the baby acts unpredictably (which is what babies do best), and so sweet and patient with her. I never have to worry when Ivonne is with our baby girl, it's such a relief when she's here to take care of her. I highly, highly recommend Ivonne to care for your kiddos. I'm so glad I found her.

We have used Yvonne as a babysitter many times over and our two boys love her.  She's totally dependable, punctual, and very engaged and involved with them, and they actually look forward to seeing her whenever we go out.

Ivonne has a caring and gentle nature. Right off the bat she was engaging with our children, being both respectful of their space and interested in their activities. We left our clingy 3 year old alone with her as well as our teething 6 month old. Ivonne was able to calm our 3 year old's anxieties about us leaving him at home, and also bottle feed the baby until they were both fast asleep. Ivonne was the first non-family member who watched our infant son. She was focused on and engaged with him, and this put us at ease as we headed out for a date night. She is organized, dependable, and an effective communicator. We feel very fortunate to turn to Ivonne to help us with babysitting!

What a fantastic babysitter! We hired Ivonne to watch my three nephews during my wedding and several occasions afterwards. Not only can she handle multiple kids at once, she also has a great personality and positive attitude. The kids even asked for her after the first night because she read them bedtime stories. I recommend Ivonne to anyone! She is kind and loving and takes care of my 18 month old son as if he was her own. I trust her with all my heart. My son adores her and so do I. Ivonne is a rare find among childcare providers. She is extremely trustworthy, and so compassionate and intelligent that I would trust her to make most decisions regarding my children on my behalf. I felt 100% secure leaving my kids in her charge, knowing that they would not only be kept safe but also mentally stimulated, challenged, and engaged. 
She came each morning prepared with a lesson plan, art materials, and often toys. She has encouraged healthy eating, yoga & exercise, and creative thinking at a young age.

Yvonne helped me on a day that I needed emergency babysitting at the last minute. She was such a lifesaver!  She was punctual, attentive, and sweet to my infant daughter. I appreciated how communicative she was from the start, from her prompt responses via text, email, and phone. She kept me apprised throughout the day while I was at work, which gave me peace of mind. I would not hesitate to hire her again!

Can't say enough great things about Ivonne. My wife and I interviewed a number of people to look after our 15 month-old little guy for date nights, and she wowed us from the start. Always a few minutes early and 100% on top of her game. From the moment she met our son, she was down on the floor playing at his level. She plays so well with him that he doesn't even realize Mommy and Daddy are sneaking out of the house. Just the right amount of text message updates while we're out on date night to ensure us that everything is going smoothly. Even on a night when he was sick and a little cranky, she got him to sleep quickly and he slept the whole night through. Ivonne totally goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her; as long as you aren't trying to book her at the same time we are! ;)

My 4 month old can be anxious around strangers, but not with Ivonne! Ivonne has a great aura about her and made my son feel at ease immediately. She kept my son entertained by singing and reading to him. She had no problems following a schedule and communicated with us throughout the day. Will definitely hire her again the next time we need a babysitter.

Ivonne was born to do this! The minute I met her, I knew I could trust her and that my son would be well cared for.  She has a beautiful energy - calm, loving and kind. My son who is 4 months absolutely adores her. I always come home to a happy kid who has played, napped and ate well. I definitely recommend her!

Yvonne is hands down the most amazing child care provider on this planet. I stopped looking for providers the minute I met her and saw the magic between her and my daughter.  I actually call her the "baby whisperer." I knew she was the one when my daughter happily waved goodbye on my first night away from her! With Ivonne I can leave my daughter and feel 100% confident in my daughter's safety. I also feel relief because I come home to a clean sink, washed and folded laundry and my daughter has been bathed and nicely tucked away in bed. If I could afford to pay Ivonne full-time I would. But she knows as soon as I win the lottery, she's on the lifetime payroll. I already feel like I hit the lottery by finding her. She will always be a friend of my family.
