About Sridha

Hi! My name is Shreedha, and I'm a Master of Social Welfare candidate at UCLA specializing in child and family well-being, mental health, and supporting children with special needs. I'm a patient, kind, and dependable caregiver. I have several years of experience across educational and behavioral health settings. I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for three years, supporting children and young adults with autism ages 2-21, and am a trained fellow with the Special Needs Network. I've also worked as a substitute and long-term teacher with elementary, middle, and high school students and as a summer camp inclusion counselor supporting neurodivergent children. I hold a bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley. Also, I'm attentive to sensory, emotional, and behavioral needs and I remain calm and supportive during challenging moments.
