Iuliia is organized and punctual, but at the same time, she is warm and caring. We have had her as a nanny for about a year, and she connected with our son right after the start, and they are best buddies now. We have been following the Montessori style of care, and Iuliia helped us continue with it even when he is on her watch, raising a curious, independent helper. She helped us with some physical therapy following the doctor's advice to the T, which resolved some crawling issues like a charm. Iuliia also helps him communicate with sign language, making it much easier to know what he needs even though he can't quite say it. She is always ready to help prepare a healthy meal. Iuliia leaves the place nice and tidy by cleaning herself and allows my son to clean up after himself by making it a game out of cleaning.
