About Katherin

As a first-time and admittedly over-protective mom who found it hard to leave my daughter with anyone, I knew finding the right nanny would be a big challenge. How could I find someone I could fully trust and that my baby would feel comfortable with? From just four months old, my daughter was shy around new people, refused bottles, and only wanted to be with me. When I had to return to work at six months, I knew the transition would be tough — and then we met Katherin.From the very first interview, it was clear that Katherin has a natural gift for childcare. She has such a warm, welcoming presence that my daughter immediately connected with her, along with a playful energy that makes interacting with children feel effortless. We hired her right away and haven’t had a single doubt since. Even though she’s only been with our family for three months, it already feels like she’s part of us. Saying Katherin is amazing hardly captures how wonderful she is. She’s proactive, creative, and always coming up with fun, thoughtful activities to support my baby’s development—sensory play, story time, and outdoor exploration are part of her daily routine. She’s helped my daughter learn to crawl, drink from a sippy cup, and nap on her own, which has been a huge milestone. Katherin is also extremely reliable, punctual, and communicative. She keeps me updated throughout the day and genuinely celebrates every new milestone with us. As a mom who tends to worry, I can honestly say that when my daughter is with Katherin, I feel completely at ease. We are so grateful to have her as part of our family, and I hope she stays with us for a long time. Every parent deserves a “Katherin” in their life, and we feel so lucky to have found her.
