About Isha

My name is Isha, and I want to share a little about myself as a nanny and as a person. I am a college student studying art and have a passion for working with children. With five years of experience as a nanny, I have cared for young children and pets. I prioritize family and strive to create honest, collaborative environments built on teamwork. I am respectful of privacy and boundaries, dedicated to helping families nurture and guide their children in the best possible way. I enjoy educational play and actively engage with children's hobbies and interests. I believe in maintaining open, honest communication with parents, as transparency and understanding of the children's needs are essential to my approach. I like working with kids because they can be really funny and joyful. Being around kids taught me to be selfless and hardworking, how to be patient and communicate properly. Working alongside families has taught me about the importance of teamwork.
