She did a great job with my daughter on several occasions when I needed a nanny right away. She was very compassionate, and great with scheduling activities with my daughter to keep her preoccupied (parks, painting or coloring or reading to her, or other activities not just sitting her in front of a TV or iPad.) she also put my daughter to bed when my daughter is or has been pretty challenging to go to sleep. She was also very good at keeping good communication with me on updates on the time she watched my daughter and I felt very comfortable knowing what they were up to while I was working. If you need someone who is great with children she is great.
