About Erika

Nurturing children's growth and development is a true passion of mine. My five years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens, has been incredibly rewarding. I am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, and I enjoy playing outdoor sports and educational games. I have some college experience, including Early Child Development coursework, and I am a certified teacher. I am also trained in First Aid and CPR. I follow the parents' lead on household rules and communication preferences, offering verbal updates or texts as needed. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, and crafts.
