Isabelle came to our family during a difficult time, and has now been our nanny for 5 out of the first 9 months of our daughter’s life. Among her many professional qualities, Isabelle is an excellent communicator, navigating professional relationships with reliability and sincerity. She is an absolute pro when it comes to babies; among other things, she helped us sleep train our daughter which, as you can imagine, has positively impacted wellbeing. It has been a true joy watching our daughter and her “best friend” laugh and play together everyday. Isabelle’s strongest quality as a childcare professional is patience, helping us raise a calm and balanced baby. Her patience has extended beyond our kiddo, to the way she engages with our anxious dog and two cats. Over the past 4 months, Isabelle has become more than just our nanny, but our friend too. Although I am very sad to see her move away, I know she’ll stay a part of our lives. I can’t help but be anything but thankful for this amazing person who helped us navigate our first year as parents. Thank you Isabelle!
