About Isabella

hi, I'm Isa! I'm 24 and a New York native located in the East Village. I have a bachelor's degree in English Literature and Feminist Studies from Wesleyan University. I am now applying to graduate school to study clinical psychology. My experience tutoring has primarily focused on home work help and more, specifically English Language Arts study including reading, writing, and comprehension. Additionally I work collaborative on study skills, executive function film, and time managament. Beside tutoring, I have worked in childcare as a nanny and in education as an afterschool teacher at Little Red Schoolhouse with students from early childhood to adolescence. I truly admire the creativity and curiosity of children and love that as a tutor I can help empower and instill confidence in young students, helping them achieve their personal goals.
