My work as a Behavioral Technician with Behavioral Learning Network gave me experience supporting children aged 4 to 12 in home and community settings. I implemented behavior intervention plans, partnered with families, and helped clients achieve meaningful developmental milestones. These roles have strengthened my adaptability, observation skills, and commitment to individualized care. I create a positive and fun environment for kids that can inspire more milestones!
