About Isabella

I am a dedicated and experienced childcare worker with over five years of experience working with children of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. I began babysitting at 15 years old, which helped me develop strong communication, patience, and leadership skills early on. Since then, I have worked with organizations such as the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the YMCA, where I have supported and supervised a diverse group of children from many different cultures, age groups, and learning styles. My responsibilities have included leading activities, assisting with homework, organizing programs and games, maintaining a safe environment, and helping support children's social and emotional growth. I am CPR and First Aid certified and passionate about creating a positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child feels supported. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, hiking, painting, and cooking. I am also a second-year student at Santa Rosa Junior College majoring in nursing.
