About Olivia

Hi! My name is Olivia, and I'm a junior in college majoring in Child Development and Elementary Education with the goal of becoming a K-3 teacher specializing in reading. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment where children can grow and feel supported. I have 5 years of experience working with children from 8 weeks old through teenagers, including experience with neurodivergent children. I've also completed a year-long internship in an elementary school as a teacher's aide (T-K-6th grade), where I led small-group activities, provided one-on-one support, and assisted with classroom assessments. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, supporting learning through play, and building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents. I'm dependable, patient, and communicative, and I take pride in being someone families can rely on.
