Hiring Isabel was one of the best decisions we could have made for our family. She is, without a doubt, the gold standard for what anyone could hope for in having, what is initially a stranger coming into your home, provide child care. From the moment she arrived on day one, we knew she was special. She came fully prepared with an apron, a bag of tricks including bubbles, and her own toolkit for engaging with our son. Her proactivity, communication, and genuine enthusiasm were apparent from the very beginning and continued throughout the time she was working with us. Isabel's connection with our 14-month-old son was amazing to watch. She is endlessly patient, kind, and creative in her interactions. But more than just watching him, she truly engaged with him, fostering his curiosity and development. As parents, my wife and I learned so much just by observing Isabel's thoughtful approach. We had Isabel with us for a month, and our only regret is that we can't take her with us when we move. We are genuinely sad to be losing her.
