About Isabel

I had the pleasure of working with Isabel for over 9 years. During that time Isabel has consistently impressed me with her professionalism and genuine care. From the start, she was always punctual and trustworthy, showing up on time, fully prepared, and always communicating well. One particular instance stands out to me when a concern parent came to her about their child challenging behavior and she reassure them that she would work with them more to help them better expressed their emotions. She would work with the child one on one to help them better expressed themselves through music, art and communicating with the child making their behavior better and giving the parent a more peace of mind. Her warmth and empathy shine in interactions with clients of all ages, she actively listens, respect families routines and preferences, and treat each individual with dignity. Beyond caregiving, Isabel has been a team player, sharing helpful scheduling tips, covering shifts at short notice, and mentoring newer caregivers with patience. Her positive attitude creates a supportive environment for both clients, and colleagues. I highly recommend Isabel as a caregiver and coworker. She's dependable, compassionate, and always deliver quality care beyond expectations.
