About Isabel

A little bit about me: I am 20 years old, the middle of three girls, and I have a lot of experience working with children. I am attending Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and studying to earn a degree in Special Education for Severe Disabilities. I will be living in Portland with my sister this summer (May 1st-August 26th) and am looking to find work during that time. In the past I have worked with children in Mexico for humanitarian efforts. Before I left for school, I nannied and cleaned for a family friend who has five children (two sets of twins) for a summer and really loved it. This past summer I worked at a camp for individuals with disabilities. There, I was challenged and thrown obstacles that I learned to work through quickly and efficiently on a regular basis. Currently I am a full-time student and while I am volunteering at local schools I still miss working with children, there is something about it that is so purposeful. I am a good cook, I love providing art projects and activities for children, going on day trips, spending time outdoors, swimming, and reading to children. I have undergone a comprehensive background check and can show proof of that upon request. I am very trustworthy. As mentioned before, I would only be available between the months of May and August, but would absolutely love to be considered for this job if at all possible. If I am the right fit for your family and you are the right fit for me, I will give notice and become a full time nanny.
