About Elena

With 6 siblings and over 50 cousins, my life has essentially been a string of babysitting jobs since I was 12. When I started high school, my weekend date-night jobs turned into full-time summer nanny positions for families with multiple children. I nannied my way through my undergraduate years and then took a gap year before graduate school to be a live-in nanny for two different families. For my first family, I managed distance-learning school (COVID), after school activities, and light housework. For my second family, I acted as nanny and house manager, caring for the children while managing day-to-day home tasks and liaising between divorced parents. I have an MAT in Museum Education and currently work as a museum educator managing school and teacher programs. I've missed the routine and joy of nannying and am excited to find a family that fits!
