About Irlanda

Hi! I'm Irlanda, a caring, patient, and responsible childcare provider with two years of experience as an au pair in the U. S. Caring for children has taught me how important it is to be patient, attentive, and flexible, because every child learns and develops at their own pace. I love creating fun and meaningful activities such as reading , puzzles, outdoor play, and educational games. I especially enjoy encouraging children to become more independent while making sure they feel supported and confident. I also love introducing Spanish through songs, words, stories, and everyday activities. I'm looking for a family where I can bring my experience, positive energy, and genuine care for children while building a trusting relationship with both the children and their parents.
