About Iris

Hi! I'm Iris, a warm, patient, reliable childcare professional with 5+ years of experience caring for children from infants through school age. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children with communication, social skills, independence, routines, and positive behavior. I love creating a safe, fun environment where children can learn, play, explore, and be themselves. I enjoy crafts, music, books, sensory activities, outdoor play, and age-appropriate learning games. I'm comfortable with after-school pickup, evening care, bedtime routines, early morning drop-offs, weekend care, and date nights. I can also help with children's meals, homework, and tidying up after the kids. As an RBT, I understand the importance of patience, consistency, communication, and following family routines.
