About Harley

I'm passionate about working with children and have four years of professional experience supporting children in medical, school, and in-home locations. I spent three years at Hopebridge as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I worked closely with young children with autism and other developmental needs. This experience taught me how to meet each child where they are, encourage communication & independence while managing challenging behaviors. I currently work at Children's Academy in NYC. I have also provided in-home childcare, including overnight care. I'm comfortable handling bedtime and morning routines and helping children feel safe. I am currently in a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I'm patient and playful, while also understanding the importance of structure and safety. I believe in educational and fun learning, and am also comfortable and love pets.
