I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant (8+years experience) and a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, I'm knowledgeable on how to better help manage behaviors, improve communication and support quality of life for people living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. Experienced in taking vital signs, and wound care. Help with activities of daily living; bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, meal preparation, feeding, medication reminders, laundry, light housekeeping and transportation. I'm compassionate, reliable, punctual and I pay attention to details. My caregiving journey started when I took care of my grandparents back in Africa. I care for your loved ones like I would to my own family. I don't drink alcohol or smoke. Fluent in English; both written & spoken. I have a college degree. References available upon request.
