Hello! My name is Iona. I am a caring, patient, and responsible childcare professional with experience working with children with special needs and as an RBT in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I am passionate about providing a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children feel comfortable, valued, and encouraged to develop their communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. I have experience supporting individualized routines, transitions, learning activities, emotional regulation, positive reinforcement, and behavior management. I enjoy planning fun and age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, sensory play, music, games, reading, outdoor activities, and educational exercises based on each child's interests and needs. I also have my own reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. I am flexible and available for both full-time and part-time positions.
