Imma has been the biggest blessing to our family this year. Our 3 year old and 1 year old boys absolutely adore her and it truly feels like she has become a part of our family. From the first interaction I had with her she gave me immense peace. I can fully trust that my kids are safe, understood, and loved by Imma. She has the perfect balance of calm, kind, and gentle firmness (that 3 year old really needs). She engages with the boys so well, playing with them, teaching them, and guiding them with so much patience. On top of caring for them she often helps with household chores which I never expect but am beyond grateful for. Her reliability and communication are exceptional.
