About Imani

In fall 2023, I started my masters degree for social work with a focus in School social work following almost 2 years of working with school aged and middle school students. This last year I have worked as a nanny to a wonderful 2. 5-year-old girl and a 1. 5-year-old girl from different families full-time. I worked on helping each child develop in their own ways and catering our daily activities to the things they enjoyed the most while also pushing developmental skills like phonetic identification of letters and basic tracing. The main child I nanny will be entering preschool now at 4 with basic reading and writing skills! I would love to help your family in any way that I can! I am trying to support myself as I finish my graduate program and every opportunity is greatly appreciated and will be handled with the utmost respect and love- I like to read books, do crafts (pottery, crochet, bracelet weaving, embroidery, etc), play video games and more!
