About Ilyanna

I have been working in childcare centers for 2 years. My classes have been primarily 1yo-3yo with some experience with infants and 4-year-olds. I have experience with classroom management, arranging schedules and activities. I have maintained professional and personal relationships with the families that have come through my class. I love the bonds I form with my students and getting to know them as individuals. Learning what makes them tick. How I can make them laugh, be engaged and feel safe. And who wouldn't love to be paid to play and be silly? As a bonus, I get to feel like I am contributing to our society by helping raise our future generations. I am sliding out of centers with the hopes of learning more about other age ranges and more about my industry and where I fit in it long-term.
