About Ilene

Nurturing children's growth and supporting families is my passion. I have two years of experience caring for children ages 1-11. My background includes working as a before and afterschool elementary school instructor, as well as two summers as a camp counselor. Currently, I work at a nonprofit as a Project Coordinator. I am dedicated to giving back to communities. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I communicate with parents through written reports, verbal updates, and by following your preferred method. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. I am also comfortable reading and playing whatever you and your children prefer. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I take responsibility very seriously. I hope to bring my flexible and patient approach to your family.
