Hello! I have 20+ years' experience as a professional educator, childcare provider, and mother of four (two still at home ages 15 and 18) and two grandbabies. I am currently a substitute teacher at a local school district and previously was the owner/director of a childcare center that cared for children of 75 families. I am passionate about what I do and thoroughly enjoy interacting and caring for children of any age. I'm able to provide a supervised, safe, fun, stable and educational (Learn through Play) environment for your child so you can go do what you need to with peace of mind.

Vicki cared for our son on weekday mornings from the time he was 14 months old until he started preschool. I always felt confident leaving him in her care, knowing that he was in great hands. In addition to keeping him safe & fed, she also kept him fully engaged in activities he loved that were also educational. Vicki helped him a lot with vocabulary, language development, fine motor skills, & an early start on preschool curriculum (letters, numbers, shapes, colors, etc.) She also gave him opportunities to explore outside as weather permitted. Vicki was always loving & fun, but firm when necessary. She also helped our toddler learn positive ways to cope when he felt frustrated. She taught him a lot of sign language too! I would highly recommend Vicki to anyone who is looking for a caregiver for their children.
