My family had a great experience with Ileana. She watched my 9 month old in our hotel room while my husband and I attended a wedding. This is my first time using Care.com and I was very nervous but she made me feel so comfortable. She’s very careful and gets to know your schedule and preferences beforehand. She’s punctual and friendly. I ended up letting her take the baby on a field trip to the park because I was so confident that she was safe with Illeana. I’d recommend her to anyone!
